What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email if you add it, the ZIP codes you are moving between, the size of your home, your preferred date and any notes. We also record the page you were on, the referring site and campaign tags in the link you arrived from, so we know which ads work.

Our servers log a hashed version of your IP address and your browser type to block spam. The hash cannot be reversed into your address.

How we use it

To reply to your quote request, prepare your estimate, schedule and perform your move, and follow up about it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other movers or lead brokers.

If you leave the text-message box checked, we may text you about your quote and your move. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to quote requests. The pixel may set cookies and share your browser activity on this site with Meta. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings and with your browser's cookie controls. We do not load the pixel unless it has been configured for this site.

Who can see it

Our office staff and the crew assigned to your move. Services we rely on to run the business, such as our hosting provider, email delivery and text-messaging services, process the data on our behalf and under contract. We disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for two years so we can honor a quote, answer a claim, or pick up where we left off if you move again. Ask us to delete your request at any time and we will, unless we need it for an active move or a claim.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is for adults arranging a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
